Alexander Reilly
Alexander Reilly is a Dublin based painter, printmaker and children’s writer, he also owns and manages Blackrock Art Gallery and teaches courses in painting and printmaking from his home in Marino Dublin 9. He is best known as one of the founding members of Defastenism, Irelands first international art movement and the worlds second remodernist art movement. Founded in 2003 when Alexander was a fine art student in NCAD. He has also written several novels and has studied Rajastani miniature painting in Jaipure.
